Best Service Facilities by Region

We all want highly competent hands and brains performing maintenance and repairs on our Rangers. Is thrre a list of the Ford Authorized facilities that are top shelf? Maybe we could list them here.

My Tremor delivers in 2 months here in Northern California and I want to have 1 exclusive service center work on it. No BS, no second guessing, a solid balance of cost and service...

I take my '19 Ranger and '12 Edge to Peoria Ford (Phoenix, AZ). My service writer is Justin Reed, and I highly recommend him. This guy has always treated us like we matter, and he's very much a no bullshit kind of guy. To this point we've had no reason to question any of the work done there, and are very satisfied with the service we get from Justin and the Peoria team.

I agree with this 100%! Peoria Ford has been very good to deal with from my sale to their service dept. The only strike I will give them is they have a lot of dealer add ons with their new vehicles which are highly overpriced but I did get them to reduce it to a more reasonable price. Other than that I would say they are one of the better dealers here in the west valley.

Edit: Anyone in the western/central part of MA I would highly recommend Lamoureux Ford in west Brookfield,MA. I have bought several of my F150's through them when I lived back there and they were the best dealer I have ever dealt with! They're a small town dealer with excellent sales and service people. Many of my trucks were ordered over the phone as I had a great salesman who I used for years but has since retired. They also have no dealer add ons.

HAWK FORD St. Charles, IL is AWESOME!! I'm not and easy guy to please not b/c of any entitlement but rather because I expect value for my dollar, good communication and anyone who works on my vehicles to treat it with respect and attention to detail. Framed that way I highly recommend both 'Steves' that run service.

We have bought two vehicles from them and they have taken care of any/all issues we have had with campaign items, warranty of fluid maintenance.
