Bed Drain Holes

I have a drop bed insert and one thing I noticed is that there’s no drain holes at the front of the bed (near cab) and water will sit until I drive it, has anyone drilled holes in the bed or done any kind of mod to fix this?

The entire front of the bed Ranger bed, where it connects to the front bed panel has openings in it. There are no specific obvious looking drain holes.

As for the drop in bed liner, many folks don't want any holes in it. I never cut any holes in my Tacoma bed I had for 17 years. I liked the fact that what was in the bed liner stayed there, and out of the steel bed.
