Bought my 2019 Ranger used and didn't notice this was missing, and it's been bothering me ever since!

My OCD wants them flush in some way. They are pointed at an angle in and down, and still recessed on one part and proud at another. Looks like a mistake every time I look closely. A missing one may put me over the top.
