Really like this bar but afraid it would interfere with my folding cover to much. Anyone in Ranger land with experience?

Depends what you mean by folding cover. A hard trifold type would not be a good idea. A soft roll up you might be able to get away with. A hard sliding rollup cpuld work if mounts don't become a problem.

That is a $1200 bar for lights, not a roll bar.

What Frenchy said. You would also need a cover that fits inside the bed rails, not on top of it.
