Any difference in 3” pipe from downpipe to exhaust?

I would really appreciate any advice here. I have a livernois tune with Mishimoto cai, spd down pipe and MBRP exhaust. Should I change the factory pipe between the downpipe and exhaust? The factory I believe is 2.5” while the downpipe and exhaust are 3”. I’m sure I’m far below 400hp so would there be a change going to 3” in between???

I did exactly that. Unfortunately, I never had my spd downpipe connected with the 2.5" to tell you if it made a power difference at all.
