I have a Fumoto F137N and a Fumoto ADP-137 Adapter for free. I had them on my Ranger for a few months, but replaced them with the newer F107SX.
As you may know the regular F137 will not fit due to the recessed drain plug, so you have to use the adapter, which when combined, will just barely fit the recess.
I would guess that the F137N will fit many other later model Ford vehicles with the M12 X 1.75 drain plug thread.
There is nothing wrong with these, but there just sitting on my parts shelf.
There free, and I'll even ship them out on my dime.
And, a recommendation to the Moderators...it might be nice and convenient to have a "For Free" section in the Marketplace.
