So a driver flashes the vehicle ahead of me, then me. Then a black cat runs across the road, causes the vehicle ahead of me to hit the brakes. There was no other hazards. Some weird shit going on.

Why do people do this?

Distractions (phones or playing with that touchscreen) ! Or worse, under medications that numb the mind and reflexes... Increasingly used by the masses.

I have a niece that was depressed, took the Dr's prescription, now she can't cry no matter how upset she becomes. Those drugs, if taken long enough, rewire your brain, not a good outcome!
