I couldn't reach TASCA for a couple days, their online chat is non-functional and no initial response to email. Interesting their autoresponse email links to OEMparts.com?
I did some internet searching on forums and the BBB website and was disappointed in the overview. Seems the Tasca I did business with years ago is not the same so I reached out to my credit card company - they agreed to initiate action if I didn't get a response in ten days... a Tasca rep reached out and said my VIN - that I provided after ordering - wasn't compatible (?). I was already soured on the transaction so they canceled and refunded. Bummer.
That makes me wonder - when I bought my truck Ford wasn't keeping up with tow packages so my dealer referred me to a specialty business in town who installed the Curt tow hitch and seven pin connector in the factory location.
I wonder if that was what 'disqualified' my Ranger? More importantly does that mean I wouldn't be able to add the Redarc Pro?
