Got my alignment done, still the truck is shaking. I drove to work and the shaking was tolerated but when I left work the shaking was worse! I parked in the parking lot to lower my tire psi to 35 and noticed this (see pic) stuck in my driver side rear wheel; a long aluminum crock screw shaving. I said that’s gotta have something to do with my shaking!! Took it to Discount Tire and said it was road debris, I decided to return the rims and was told I couldn’t return or exchange them but I could sell them to get some money back. I took photos of the wheel exchange back to my oem wheels and took pics of aluminum lug nut shavings on both driver side lugs, they had to get a knife to chisel the aluminum from the posts where the nuts go. There is aluminum shavings behind the disk brakes and I was told that was strange. I also took pic of something that has a 17 on it and the others have an 18 on the FOMOCO part…not sure what it is but my wheels are 18” diameter, is this something I need to look into as a cause? Please see pic.
