Pardon my face ?

Took my ranger on its second extended road trip and performed flawlessly. However, when I returned home and unloaded the truck I noticed the drivers side roof rail looks “bent” or “curved”. I can press it down a little bit but otherwise nothing seems loose.

Passenger side is definitely “not as curved”. Maybe it’s always been this way and I never really noticed. Anything to be concerned about?

The majority of the strip is simply held down with 2-sided tape. The removal process is not worth it in my opinion. You could get a bit of E6000 glue in there and then weigh it down while the glue cures.

Thanks for the info! I just went out and took another look and I swear it is now totally flat! Maybe heat will make it expand and contract?
