Yep, I understand but similarly I had my transmission rebuilt at 60k and I should have paid a little extra and had them replace the torque converter in my opinion. And if they are tearing it apart why not put in a new actuator?

I've had mine done 4 times so far at the dealer. It's seems to always be the first step in their transmission/driveline troubleshooting. Just curious if they follow that same procedure. I have PremiumCare ESP but I've never been charged for reset/relearning.

Has anyone has walked in the dealer service center for a transmission reset and adaptive learning. If so, I'd be curious what the charge in time and money? Since the dealers seem to have cost/time schedule for everything.

When I drive in the mountains I like to use tow mode because of the shift patterns. However, when I'm slowing or coming to a stop I don't like the way it down shifts. I find myself driving with the finger on the tow/haul button. Tow/haul up hills and turn it off when coming to a stop.

Dealer called this morning, it is a misfire. Plugs are getting replaced today. Apparently, there is also a bulletin out to cover the rear of the engine to avoid water intrusion.
