Huh? 274k Tacomas Sold in 2025 / 71k Rangers Sold in 2025 = 3.86 times as many Tacos.
Unless you're referencing a different number your calculation you've either added 81k to the number of sold Tacos or are claiming Ford only sold 54k Rangers.
Fair point.
Something to consider: You've got 20k new Tacos on cars.com versus 10k Rangers. That 2:1 inventory does suggest, however, that Ford is aiming up with 2025 Sales at 274k Tacos to 71k Rangers, maybe targeting 100k annual Ranger sales?
Hi all,
I bought a brand new 2021 Ranger and now a brand new 2025 Ranger, both velocity blue.
It's really neat owning two generations of the same truck and wanted to share some thoughts with everyone here.
In my case, the 2021 was actually rock solid over my ownership duration. I want to...
I've had Lasfits for multiple years without failure. Just keep in mind LEDs are heat sensitive so regardless of the brand if you're in a hot climate like 100F+ and using them for extended periods any brand is likely to fail due to simple physics.
I did a really rough trail this past weekend and never contacted the front airdam. The approach angle if you are being smart and using some off-center approaches is darn near 50-60*.
I don't think the airdam really impacts approach angle much, if all, since its closer to the wheels than the bumper.
In my all stock 21 STX 4x4 I find the front great for a truck but the rear is too stiff in fast compression and I think the rear is too soft in fast rebound.
We don't rally the truck so even towing I don't see any witness marks from the bump stops, I think fewer people would complain about the...
Straw man & red herring. You're creating a totally different reason for not wanting dealers one that really doesn't exist and then debunking it as obviously bad.
There's no reason why you wouldn't be able to see your drive a car before you bought it, Tesla has several showrooms around the country.
They decontented the truck by maybe $10, an LED light and a plastic bezel. That doesn't remotely compare to the gouging done by dealers.
There's going to be zero gotches when it comes to Ford versus dealers, do you want to talk about the amount of bank fraud the dealer's perpetrate to get...
This. What are dealers rewarded for? They don't innovate, create, or invent.
At least profits for manufacturers go to developing and building next-year's model.
My time is valuable, and the folks who pay more probably also value their time greater than a few hundred or maybe $1,000.
Pricing will always be kept in check by the existence of several auto manufacturers. Dealer markups have shown us that the dealerships are the ones who tend to abuse...
We've been moving and although our Ranger was Bulletlined before the bed was used, no dents have occurred yet.
I'm guessing if you're tossing in sledge hammers or pallets of cinderblocks it'd dent, but 99% of uses shouldn't cause dents with a good bedliner.
I don't think anyone answered, but yeah larger tires and a lift will cause premature wear like the tie rod. However, tie rods are cheap, why not replace it to be safe and take it to a better shop?
