    Are the steel wheels painted? If so, it's a non-issue. You do not want to run them without the hubs being centered or it could cause huge vibration.

    Just looked at the "fix" you are definitely going to be losing boost, that's intake air post-turbo. If anything this is just masking the symptoms of some bigger issue and reducing the effectiveness of the turbo. :thumbsdown:

    My STX 4x4 with 17" wheels has 30psi for all four tires on the door placard. I run the tires at 32 F / 31R cold. Check your door jamb.
