Code: P0630 - VIN Not Programmed or Incompatible Ran into this after running a Forscan ABS test. Now it won't clear. Strangely in the PCM and BdyCM entries the VIN is there and correct. I'm stumped on what happened.

Digging around i can reach the bulb and remove it from the housing and put it back. However there is not enough slack for me to undo the bulb from its connector. So what are the proper steps to access the fog light bulbs? Thanks!
