You need to go to a buddy (or Advanced Auto or just a "gas" station that has a mechanic) who has a proper ratchet and 50mm socket and it will pop loose no problem. If you have rounded this torx (socket or bolt head) out, use the ratchet/torx on the other side... I think they/it can go on either...

It is a Ford certified tune and your "regular" but it comes with it's own 3 yr /36K miles warrant BUT only if it is installed by a Ford dealer or ASE-certified tech. I had mine installed when I bought the truck so was covered.

That's to bad... after having 2005 S/Cab, I went with the S/Crew for the 2019 (and the 5' box). Now I would go back to a 6G S/Cab with a 6' box... that 1' shorter box on the S/Crew is a PITA.
