I just read this on Yahoo regarding the class action lawsuits on the Ford EcoBoost engines. Even though the Ranger wasn't specifically mentioned, it certainly makes me wonder about all of us who have documented fuel dilution in our UOA...
I also live in Michigan (Grand Rapids) and I have noticed the mpg taking a nosedive during the past few very cold weeks. My last fill was 15mpg and I don’t drive too crazy either.
Great idea! I just sent them a lengthy email, briefly outlining the problem. I encouraged them to check out the forum if they didn't believe what I was saying and to please let the public know about it. I would encourage others to do the same.

I have a very similar experience as yours, even though I have only made two trios to the dealer with NO resolution. The Ford Engineers were of no help for the dealership. Ford's last comment was they don't trust outside labs and no repairs are needed! My fuel dilution was 4.3%.

Well, I shouldn't be surprised, but I am very disappointed in Ford! I just picked up the truck after two days being at the dealership. The end result was Ford telling the dealer:
