I did the install. If you have some mechanical aptitude it is not hard, just quite a few trim panels to pull. I actually broke one of the retention tabs off of my sill trim (ordered a new trim piece) on our new truck. Didn’t have that issue on the first one. Plan on it taking several hours.

Totaled ours Sunday evening 2 weeks ago. Picking up a new one this week. We were traveling south and an 18 year old driver traveling north decides to turn left right in front of us. Didn’t even have time to touch the brakes and the auto emergency braking didn’t have time to help either...

It should change to the speed, but will stay grayed out until you release the throttle.

I experienced a similar issue with mine and what I found is that as long as you keep you foot on the accelerator the cruise will not kick in. Try releasing the accelerator after setting the speed.

Glad I ran it again. I ran the delete tool and map update again and it loaded perfectly. It took another 1.5 hours. At 30 minutes the map showed up and for the remaining time there were no issues or navigation faults. All of the voice commands are back and actually work better than they did...

I had more than one copy of that key file and all of them looked the same when opened with notepad. Is there any reason I shouldn’t do the install again? It is completely screwed up right now so I don’t guess it could not get any worse.

Sorry, yes Notepad. Wouldn’t it have caused an error during install if it was corrupted?

; just opened it in notes and it appears to be encrypted (looks Chinese). Guess I will do the install process again just for fun.
