Nice! I went with the Fox 2.0 stage 1 package with 2" front lift. Wheels are Method 701 16x8 zero offset wrapped with 265/75R16 KO2s. I like this setup, but the poke with zero offset is too much for me, so I am selling wheels and tires ☹️. Just ordered Method 703 with +35 offset.

Thanks! Yah it's an interesting color. Looks very green when it's overcast and more gray in the sun. I was looking for white and stumbled upon this and have been happy with it.

STX 4x4, price has allowed me to jump right into mods after only 2 months. Love the black trim everywhere with the cactus gray
  6. What was your first Ford daily driver?

1989 Ford Ranger. Hated it and it broke down on me all the time.

The offset measures the distance between the wheel's mounting surface and the centerline of the wheel, while the backspacing measures the distance between the wheel's mounting surface and the back lip of the wheel. They are not unrelated, but essentially you will have a lower backspacing number...

    It does ?

Thanks for the link! Haven't seen this setup before. Looks really good.

    Oops, just missed that.

It looks great, I'm shooting for the same offset. It is +35 tho. Stock being +55, not negative. Negative 35 on these trucks would have the wheel/tire out about 3 inches past the fender.

Not what you asked, but you will likely rub the crash bars with stock tires and these wheels. At least the front. I have a similar setup but up a tire size and KO2s and lift and they smash the front bars

I like the poke, but knowing me it means chasing my tail buying fender flares and more and more mods and I'd like to leave the crash bars alone for now if possible

I'm in the same boat man. I got/ have Method 701 16x8 zero offset with 265/75 R16 and they poke out about 2" on one side of the truck. I knew what I was getting myself into but did it anyways. Now I'm selling and looking at more tuck options
  15. Anyone running +35 offset wheels with 285s? 275s?

...nevermind I get it, missed your second reply
  16. Anyone running +35 offset wheels with 285s? 275s?

Not sure I totally follow. Stock is +55 so going to +35 is gain of 20mm clearance. Minus 1/4" from wheel width (say 6mm). I net 14mm of space from the spindle. You think the actual tire will hit the uca?
  17. Wheel pictures

Oh yah I know what it is, he said -35 offset which is crazy far out
  18. Anyone running +35 offset wheels with 285s? 275s?

Yep 17x8.5. slightly more backspacing than stock plus I have a 2 inch lift. Seen some guys run 275/70R17 with +15? And move the crash bars forward (front)
  19. Anyone running +35 offset wheels with 285s? 275s?

Fitment issues? Will they clear the crash bars?
