Indeed it does have somethings I like;
-Increased motor size (although disappointingly underwhelming performance in crease)
-Better suspension package from the factory
-wider footprint
-better dash display with wider variety of gauges (although expecting not much more accurate than the virtual...
Between the time spent on R5G and in the car wash, I'm surprised you made any miles at all.
Looks like you had a great trip, with lots of memories.
Well, I'm not that kind of trucker, so no, you won't be inserting anything here, and I don't have a little guy like yours, I have the full size Screw which doesn't always fit in the same, um, 'garages' lol.
As my "English as a 2nd language" friend used to say, "When you live the glass roof, you don't throw the rock".
You said "Grammar" Nazi, which as the complaint is about spelling wasn't a grammar error and you should have said "Spelling" Nazi. Yours is a grammar error, in a post inaccurately...
I've had a few Scabs over the years of different brands and sizes. All were work trucks, all were suicide type doors which the fronts had to be opened first. The only complaint I've had is they all had more wind noise, than the regular 2 door or Screw.
If I didn't have medium/big dogs, I...
I really don't have any complaints with FX4 on road performance, and off-road my only complaint is the bounciness on drops as @Colo_Ranger mentioned. I'm mostly into bush trails and mud, so it's not a major issue for me.
I'm at 24,000 miles and aiming for next spring to rebuild my entire...
Many/most Canadian equipment rentals won't allow anything more than 5,000 lbs out on your truck/trailer unless it's CVOR (Commercial Vehicle Operator Registration). I can pick up a stand on Skid Steer on my appropriately rated trailer with my personal vehicle, but not a 6,000 lb skid steer, even...
LOL, I was on the same line, but you beat me to it.
A Bobcat is only 20-30 lbs, why the hell would you need a trailer?
On a serious note, even a small skid steer is over 6,000 lbs, with many over 7,000 not including a trailer.
I would have given it allot of consideration when I bought my Ranger, but far too deep on mods and add-ons, to take the money/time loss to do it all again. Ask me again in 15 years ;)
Agreed, "they" making horrendous decisions is the problem. A gas plant would have been perfect to replace the coal plant, but government corruption and kick backs are a power tool. The Ontario gas plant scandal that cost the tax payers $950 million for 2 cancelled gas plants, was also a factor...
Edit: It may work through the Ranger power, if the key is on which I didn't realize is part of flat towing. I completely agree with @t4thfavor, requiring the key to be on is asking for trouble.
