  1. You can't tow a Bobcat with a Ranger!

Using some of the practices mentioned here, I'd agree. Using proper, proven safe practices, danger is not significantly increased.
  2. You can't tow a Bobcat with a Ranger!

Actually I think I can. I am 100% certain I am very happy to not be around some of the posters while they are towing. I'm open to admit I'm wrong if you want to explain, but doubtful you can disprove my statement.
  3. You can't tow a Bobcat with a Ranger!

I'm very happy to not be around some of you while you are towing.
  4. Vandals targeting "gas guzzlers"

To paraphrase Vincent Vega "It's be worth them doing it, to catch them in the act".
  5. Farthest Predicted Range After Fill-up

The best I've seen is under 500km (300 miles). I don't pay much attention to MPG. I drive the way I drive, and fill up when needed.
  6. StepDaddy tail gate ladder.

Video or it didn't happen :)
  7. Wow!!!!!

You should have added an "end sarcasm" in your first post, I'd have realized you were also joking, lol.
  8. Wow!!!!!

This is not what he said in the original post. "to navigate over some rocks as I needed to go around the other car parked in middle of the field road and I had to go around the ditch." IMO - Jumping the ditch? Isn't the steering wheel centered at launch? Are you approaching a jump from an...
  9. What would your dream car be if not a Ford?

The only Ford that qualifies as a dream car for me is the GT, and it's not even close to my top 10 list of dream cars. MacLaren F1 is my #1 choice.
  10. I Need Help Planning Our Next Trip

That'd be "dirty" unvaxxed heathens.
  11. We don't realize how good we have it here at R5G

WTF, the expensive place was only $1.90 today. Are you still n Niagara?
  12. You can't tow a Bobcat with a Ranger!

Rented this Bobcat mini-skid steer MT-100 yesterday, but I don't have, and couldn't find an appropriate trailer so I had it delivered. I didn't have time to try and tow Ranger with it, but I'm sure it would have pulled it no problem. I spent the better part of yesterday and some of today...
  13. We don't realize how good we have it here at R5G

To be fair, it's really not Honda hate. It's hate for anything that isn't Ranger or Ford. Honda is just today's 2 minutes of hate.
  14. How Far Can a Gas Truck & an Electric Ford Lightning Go Towing the Same Camper

At the 21 minute mark he said he paid $27 for the 66% charge (~$40 for a full charge).
  15. Odd spare tire

I changed out the Hankook spare tire, and put a full service 275/70-17 Wrangler ?AT on the factory steel spare rim. In April 1/4 way into a ~2,000 mile road trip and had to install the spare. I ran at 60-70 miles for the remaining 1,500 miles with no issues. Three runs of 500 miles continuous...
  16. Tell me about your winch install

You spelled fun wrong, lol. OP is from Florida
  17. What did you do to your Ranger today?

Every time I see your posts, I'm reminded of my friend's T-shirt from visiting your state. No doubt you've heard the joke, but for those who haven't; Idaho? ... ...... No. You da ho! I'm laughing even as I type.
  18. Tell me about your winch install

If you are hoping to ever do a reverse winch, I highly recommend you get at least a 100' winch line extension. I carry a 100 and a 50, mostly for that potential nightmare. At most you probably have 80' of usable winch line on the spool, which essentially requires a good tree within ~10 feet of...
  19. Tell me about your winch install

Although I like the idea, at least 1/3 of the times I needed my winch, there was no chance of getting one mounted to a bumper hitch, without big shoveling, and maybe not even then. Our friend that went that route, barely ever used his. When he got stuck, one of us hooked him up, just to save...
  20. 2 weeks in! Some observations.

Probably 95% of Rangers never see more than Costco runs, golf/hockey bags, and the occasional mall crawl. 1500 series Screw have been the new minivan in Canada for 10 years or so, but the midsize Screw will probably take a big bite out of those, especially with current gas inflation.
