They look okay, but I'd guess well over 10K miles. As well, "E" rated tires can be sketchy when balancing and may need re-balance periodically, but even if half worn, $300 is a decent price. If you are going to do used tires, it's well worth it to buy a tread depth gauge (Amazon, under $10)...

The thread title is misleading, you can't rape the willing. Most BMW drivers have it for perceived status, and paying an extra $18/month demonstrates they have money to burn = more status, lol.
