Big fan of RA....really like how easy it is to search for the part you need and then often see multiple brand/price choices for each part. Shipping costs are reasonable too.

Strange, indeed....since yours is a '19 model. Have you clicked on the Menu in the Climate Screen to see if they are on the Additional Climate Controls screen?

Which is why I think this feature was deleted in '23 or earlier.

Not on mine....clicking on menu only brings up Max a/c and Max defrost buttons. No seat heaters on Home Screen either.

I thought maybe it might be a Lariat thing, but I see you have an XLT like me. I really do think they deleted it at some point.

Mine does not, but I don't know if it did before 23188 because I never use that screen.

But they did know this time, even without me sending an XML file. It's like magic :). My OCD is finally happy!

I did mine with USB. Did not get XML file, but it somehow updated Ford.com anyway. It must have been through WiFi. Have you checked Ford.com to see if it shows the update?

So, I just did the v23188 update on my truck using a USB stick. It updated successfully in the truck. I came inside the house to see if there was an XML file on the stick. With my previous updates, I never got the XML so I was never able to update Ford.com. To my complete surprise, my...

If that's the case, it seems like I can't remove the ".zip" before saving. Not sure I understand what that does anyway. Will the update not work if the .zip isn't removed before saving as suggested?

Question about this tip.....when does it ask you where to SAVE? When I push Download Update, it just starts downloading without asking me where to save. Thanks.

There's a kit out there somewhere. I think I read about it on this forum. I just don't recall who makes it.

Can you still get an OEM pump? If available, that's what I would do.

I keep my EZ Pass up there because that big black box behind the rear view mirror gets in the way of a good place to put it on the windshield. I just have to remember to put it on the dash when I need it!

Did my first oil change today on my '23. Hardest part was locating the drain plug :rolleyes:. Also installed Valve O Max drain plug.
