It started as an Ender 3 Pro.... has BTT SKR Mini E3 V3.0 MCU w/klipper FW, RPi 400 CPU running Mainsail/crowsnest/etc, Sprite Extruder Pro with 0.6mm Hardened Steel and the BLTouch.
I will say that Klipper was the best update I've done to this system, using the Wifi in the RPi 400 to connect...
I wouldn't go for the detail job that the dealer does. They did it on the RS after the clutch cylinder failed under warranty without asking and the car got covered in swirls, even in the lights. I was pissed.
Printing my ignition bezel with nylon carbon (PA-CF).
Printed, not the best first layer, I'm still working on that with this filament, but the CF pattern of the plate did transfer in some.
On long drives using the USB cable I even get heat warning on the phone (Pixel 8 Pro) if I forget to remove it from the case. I keep the AAwireless in the RS though as that is more of the local car, so drives are rarely long enough to need the phone on a charger anyway.
Yeap, when Ford make that announcement that is when my dad started looking into them. But in the end decided on the Tesla Y as the prices of the F-150 kept going up.
Sounds like your issue is with the dumb drivers more than the vehicles. But dumb drivers are in all vehicles, it's just easier to notice how dumb they are when they mess up with a car so simple to operate as an EV and because they will sit there longer waiting on that road side gen getting them...
Problem with us providing info on the factory solution is that in the North America, where the majority of this forum is from, there is no factory roll bar (sport bar, really since it's not really roll rated) so we are going to be much less help that a EU based group for the Ranger where that...
In the US we can order them from Helm Inc. I'm not sure what comparable option you have over there. Most of this forum's members are based in North America so, while you are welcome here, our technical knowledge of your truck will likely be a bit limited.
Ditches near my in-law's place are full, but that side of town has a history of flooding and close roads. I'm in a good area of my neighborhood, but also close enough toa couple tributaries to the Neuse River so it drains out of my area fast.
Nice, I'm holding out for a Thunder with lower suspension and full tow rating, but some similar adjustments to sound and steering assist.
I think I read somewhere that the gap between the wells in the new gen is now 4' so you can lay 4x8' sheets of plywood/drywall and such in the bed flat...
another home improvement store run.
Strap box upside down due to one of those split tops that open from the center and it looking like rain for the drive home. Those lights in the cover's rails really shine through.
