i have the same problem so I took a good photo of mine showing how high it was before my 1st oil change (at the hole with 3900 mi.) and then after as a benchmark for future reference. The after oil change level was actually a little low , just under the high hash mark like they didn’t fill it...
When I returned to have it looked at there was only about 10 miles on the oil change so it makes sense they didn’t find anything. Next time I’m not taking it in for a oil change rather to the service dept so they can investigate what’s going on before the oil is changed.
