I gotta try this to see if it helps. The footwell heat issue has been my biggest complaint with my truck. It reminds me of a vw beetle we had in the 70's. It had a little slot below the doors that was supposed to provide heat to the feet. Did basically nothing.

Just replaced drive shaft center bearing at 36,000 miles. That's it.

I've noticed a few places on my truck where the sheet metal has dented, or warped, especially at corners where the sheet metal makes weird bends. It bugged me a little, but I never worried about it much.

Not to upset the decal haters, but the white one looks plain without them. It might look better with at least the raptor decal.

Based on the lines in your picture, the neighbors property looks quite a bit smaller than yours.

FYI - I have a grinding noise similar to what you describe, and it has been diagnosed as the d/s center bearing. I'm waiting on parts.
