Not damage, what I mean is that a leveling kit using spacers reduces ride quality and doesn’t give you any suspension benefits other than tire clearance. Upper ball joints can also bind with a lift/level of 3 inches or more without addressing the the upper control arm geometry.
Ride quality...
Your suspension is already compromised in terms of articulation and geometry with a level. Not to mention the stock shocks and struts are crap Your best bet is to go with adjustable coilovers and UCA’s. I sucked up the cost and I’m glad I did.
It’s not all oil. It’s Oil, condensation and fuel. Some of y’all are stressing over this WAY too much. All combustion engines have some blow by. Forced induction emphasizes this.
Eibach 2.0 stage 1 adjustable coilovers up front set at 3.5 inches
Eibach 2.0 stage 1 rear shocks
Fabtech upper control arms
Fabtech rear 1.5 inch lift blocks
If a vehicle had a man bun…it would be a new maverick. It’s sad to think of a 71 maverick grabber with a 302 in it and this POS now with the same name.
I want it bigger with the same wheelbase. I already did 33’s with a 3.5 inch lift. Eventually I will be on a bigger lift with 35x12.50’s and long travel suspension
