Sync 3.3 doesn't show the correct map version after the update. You'll have to update to 3.4 "unofficially" or wait for the update directly from Ford.

Do you have an issue with the mic volume in carplay? If so, go ahead and upgrade to 19101 and you’ll be able to upgrade to the release version when it drops.

Is your phone connected via bluetooth and not using Carplay or Android Auto? Also, go into the connection settings and make sure all that stuffs on. Im sorry I cant remember what screen that is but if you tap the little data icon on the top right it will take you there.

The truck uses your phones bluetooth to share location data etc to the Ford Pass App. If you do not have a phone paired with bluetooth you will get this error. If you use Carplay you will also get this error because Carplay disconnects bluetooth. We hoped this would be resolved in the 3.4...
