  1. Car Trailer

It is called Torch Red and for some reason that color went great with the chrome rims which I am normally not a fan of.
  2. Car Trailer

I sold my Duramax after getting out of camping, but still wanted a truck for hauling mostly smaller stuff. Anyway, kept my 21-foot Kaufman trailer for emergencies. I ended buying a vet 500 miles away and said, may as see how the ranger tows as now it is my only truck. I do have my ranger set up...
  3. What was the end result of fuel in your oil issue?

I have a catch can and had about 3-4 ounces of fuel in it at 1800miles, this was after the first oil change at 2700 miles. Truck now as 5000 miles on it. The catch can catch's the vapor and residual blow by from what is already in the the crank case. I personally would not want all that fuel...
  4. Factory Brake Controller Install

I actually mounted it where they recommended it in the directions. It is out of the way and I don't really notice it. Once you set the braking force for the trailer it is kind of set it and forget it anyway
  5. Factory Brake Controller Install

Blue light means all is well. Unit should work fine, you would have though Ford would give you a plug for plugging in a brake controller for the price you pay for the truck.
  6. Leer Tonneau DON"T BUY

I did fill those gaps with the new bulkhead seal, also ran a seal under back of tonneau rail that sits across the tailgate
  7. Leer Tonneau DON"T BUY

Yes to some degree that is true, this is sadly more then a leak. Bought new bulk head seal will wait for some rain sealed back up tighter also.
  8. Leer Tonneau DON"T BUY

    full pick
  9. Leer Tonneau DON"T BUY

This is the Leer SR250 if you try to move the cover more forward it will expose the back of the bed
  10. Leer Tonneau DON"T BUY

The picture you are displaying is not a leer SR250 cover.
  11. Leer Tonneau DON"T BUY

Weather stripping on the leer SR250 is not directional it is a uniform square foam tape basically 1"x1" some tops do have directional seals on the bulk head the Leer SR 250 is not one of them.
  12. Leer Tonneau DON"T BUY

Yes fixable already bought a longer bulk head seal point is they warranty the top and all the hardware how is the warranty going to work if you don't answer e-mails or answer the phone??? Funny how fast they were to say thanks when they took the money for the purchase though.
  13. Leer Tonneau DON"T BUY

I have a Extang which will allow the smallest amount of water during the heaviest of storms. The leer basically soaks the bed in the rain even if you are not moving. Bottom line is they Fked up the bulk head seal length and don't respond to emails and don't pick up the phone because of covid 19...
  14. Leer Tonneau DON"T BUY

Yes seal is on correctly issue is it needed to be longer by about two inches.
  15. Leer Tonneau DON"T BUY

Just a heads up I bought a Leer Tonneau for the ranger, it was 250 shipped from leer so it was very reasonably priced. That being said, I would avoid buying this top or anything from Leer if you want a company that answer's emails or addresses problems. Bottom line is the bulk head seal is too...
  16. Spacer Leveling Kit or Spacer/Preload Leveling Kit?

I went with Daystar which uses a polymer leveling puck that sits on top of factory strut. They use thread extenders on the factory bolts. The kit can be bought on Amazon for 99 bucks shipped and has a lifetime warranty. One thing nice about the polymer is it won't rust like the steel ones or...
  17. Tremor Mud Flaps

Wake up on the wrong side of the bed or something?? Not always easy to see how off something might be from pictures with the exception of the ones FordRacing posted. Good job FordRacing:like:
  18. Tremor Mud Flaps

Funny from the pictures it did not look like that big a difference. Rockblokz makes nice mud flaps that should be a more universal in fit.
  19. Tremor Mud Flaps

I see the difference in the flare but not really sure it won’t fit, it may fit you just might see more flare as the tremor flare looks further off the body but looks to be the same shape. Also the mud flap lines up with the hump in the rear fender shape not the actual flare. If I owned a Tremor...
  20. Tremor Mud Flaps

These are the Tecoom mud flaps they seem custom fit for the ranger they do have some flex in them so maybe they will work on the Tremor you can always buy them through Amazon too see if the rears would work If they don't return them.
