well as long as the dash controls (hvac, radio controls) are still illuminated but still, removing the PRNDS light... I'd love to have a conversation with the person that made that decision.

Someone, please tell the illumination isn't something that has been removed after the 2019 model year...

Those were good question @Scooter asked. My understanding about diesel though is it still emits quite a bit of soot so less green house gases but more emissions that affect general air quality (please correct me if I'm wrong).

Gosh I hope not! I know for myself, my home province generates 99.8% of its electricity from renewable sources, with 95.2% coming from hydro power (dams).

Well here in Canada (specifically in the province of Quebec where I live) we have mostly hydro powered electricity and it's very inexpensive here compared to most other places, which got me thinking and I started this thread... :)

I would push back hard on the dealer - I have never damaged a defrost line on any vehicle I have owned and I'm guessing you haven't either. It must be very rare that happens and more often a manufacturing defect. Maybe try another dealer if you can?

I saw on previous posts you can set the temperature using voice commands - does that include the XLT trim level? Each individual side?
