Took these off at ~9k miles to swap my suspension to 2.5s. These ride great and are still in great shape with mostly (99%) on road use.
Asking $150 for the entire set, but that does not cover the cost of shipping.
I have 2 x 6" Stage Series Light Bars from Diode Dynamics in amber color and wide beam. These fit perfectly in the space in the lower bumper valance and will work with existing ACC location (see photo installed on truck).
These work fantastic, but I installed a hidden winch and they don't...
The condensation is only happening because of the catch can. It creates the problem, but it also solves the problem it creates (catches the condensation) so things could be worse I guess.
What in the hell does being "woke" have to do with companies putting in place shitty subscription models. You are getting your rants all mixed up bud. Lol
Yep bought in the group buy. Pretty easy install. I swapped out my suspension to Fix 2.5 at same time so bit more involved but the UCA swap was straight forward.
I swapped my suspension for Fox 2.5 prior to installing this. The 2.5 kit raised my front end 1". Dropped back down by about 1/2" after the winch install. Assuming you get a similar drop on the stock Tremor, you should be fine, but will have a bit more rake.
Finished hidden winch install and replaced tow hooks with d-ring shackles. Running a Superwinch SX10SR (10k lbs w/ synthetic rope) mounted in 589Fab hidden winch mount. I ended up getting a remote wiring kit from folks over at Vice Design (super helpful in working with me on the exact setup)...
Same story here. The holes do not line up. I ended up cutting some more space in the rear slots to allow my skid to slide further back. Pretty shoddy measurements by Rough Country, but maybe not too shocking.
Few years back I had Mavis do a tire rotation on a Subaru I was driving. Pulled into my garage, slammed the door and a lug nut fell off onto the garage floor. Now I do my own rotations and if I take any vehicle anywhere where they need to take my wheels off for any reason I retorque immediately...
For what it’s worth though, I tighten my lugs the way the TR guy told you even with rings. Wheel off ground, star pattern and gradual torque increase. The lugs are ultimately what hold the wheel. Maybe overkill but doesn’t take me much more time.
@DanaBovender I ended up going with the Superwinch SX10SR. The documentation on clocking the gear box I can find says it only supports +- 90 degrees. In order to mount this in the hidden mount from 589 Fab, seems it needs to clock a full 180. Just wanted to confirm you were able to do this...
I use this but I also added wireless charging at the same time so no concerns about battery. I have had no issues with disconnecting since I installed months ago.
I have 6” light bars on either side of my acc sensor. At least I do until next couple of weeks when I fill that space with a winch. Need to find a new home for these light bars.
Assuming you go with high quality spacers like Faction Fab and you make sure they are torqued down and won’t come loose (use some loctite for peace of mind), it is absolutely no different than a wheel with that offset.
You should be fine without rubbing with the Tremor wheels with that size tire given that is the size that comes on the Tremor. Guess you need to decide if you like the look of the Tremor stance or you want wider.
