You made the right choice, I was between roush and awe. Very happy with awe, the fit, finish, quality is top notch. I can't imagine an exhaust making the small turbo 4 sound any more aggressive especially on cold start. I haven't notice any increase in cabin volume except under hard throttle.
Your tacoma build looked awesome & sounds like your already on your way to a nice ranger build. You will really like the awe exhaust. It truly has no drone and sounds pretty aggressive outside. Also think you will really love the 10spd / turbo 4, unlike the tacoma it responds very well to a...
The tremor fits my family of 3 just fine. Rear facing car seat for my 2yr old fits fine & my wife still is comfortable in passenger seat. The remaining area of the back seat fits all the toys, back pack with kid stuff, etc. The bed is the bed, plenty of room for toys, small bikes, power wheels...
My experience with drilled / slotted rotors
Never had an issue with oem drilled slotted / rotors that came with the porsche sport package or corvette z51 package. Also have never had issues with quality aftermarket 2 piece drilled slotted rotors. I've done some track days and high speed...
Very nice . . .it sure is an endless cycle, but at the end you will have an awesome truck and a nice hole in your wallet . . .at least if your like me lol
Mine look like that. I expect exterior plastic / rubber trim to fade. It just becomes another part of my car care routine to periodically apply product / condition trim.
I'm actually very surprised with how much I like the general grabbers on my tremor. They handle great in the rain & are surprisingly quiet / comfortable. If I had to nit pick I would agree with everyone that they do seem to collect and throw pebbles. . .I also had both falken at3's & nitto terra...
When you increase negative offset and push the wheel out you can / will rub when turning depending upon how aggressive the offset is, tire size, & lift height. Too much positive offset and you will rub the inner fender wells
Robby just shipped my 1" coil over spacers today (BTW he is awesome to deal with). The plan is to install the spacers and check clearance. Then either install 1" or 1 .5" wheel spacers. . . . Best bet is hang a plumb Bob from the center of wheel well and measure out from tire. This should give...
