I stick to mostly red ales. Usually with an ounce or two of clamato juice. I used to brew my own and keg it. It was so much easier than dealing with all the bottles. With the taxes on beer increasing all the time, I am seriously thinking of getting back into it.
I live in one of the coldest parts of Canada where it can reach - 50 C with high winds. This was my second winter with my 2019 Lariat. It has set for up to 2 weeks in our miserable Saskatchewan winters with out any battery issues. No messages and no sleep mode. I wish I could say the same for my...
No one tried my historical, industrial question in the last post???
I believe this is an old technique called "dry stone" They used smaller rocks and shims to secure the stones in place.
BBQing a porchetta as we speak. It will include a wild mushroom gravy. Mashed skin on yukon gold potatoes with bacon, cheese and onion and a broccoli and leak gratin. We are at a blistering 4 degrees C which is very comfortable for this time of year around here.
My buddy and I make sure the tires are rotated when we do the seasonal tire change over. I also get it done in between when I get the oil changed by the oil change place owned by Ford in Saskatoon. They do the same service and charge the same as "The Works"

Well living in Saskatchewan I use the remote start a lot in the winter. As it is quite normal to get down to -30 or -40. I usually let it warm up 5-10 mins.
Not quite 26 years as a cook in the Canadian military, mostly in the navy. I am working for the military again as a civilian ammo tech. Big change and beginning the training at 51 was a big challenge.
It's been almost 8 years now and I love it.
In the winter I go to the car wash then directly across the street for groceries which has a heated underground parking lot where I dry all the door sills etc. By the time I am done shopping the truck is nice and dry.
"When we picked up our brand spanking shiny new 2019 Ranger SuperCab at the dealership the "Miles To E " display showed "0 " miles of fuel remaining, and the out of fuel chime was ringing."
What kind of dealership hands the keys to a new truck on empty to the buyer. I have never picked up a...
