I feel you on that. I’ve been eyeballing this Gator folding one for like $239. Seems like a great deal, but deep down I really want a painted hard top, or so I think. But my budget isn’t $1,500 either.
I was imagining if there were some fun RANGER graphics that we could use to replace the "Sport", "STX", "FX4" bedside decals, so I came up with this mockup based on one of the Raptor decals.
Thoughts? Got other types of decal suggestions?
You don’t need a dyno to tune the fueling on this truck. It has a built in Wideband gauge, so you can dial this in on the street with just the tuning software if you want.
On the upside, our Turbo is supposedly about 5% larger than the one used in the Focus RS, and should be nearly identical to the one being offered in the 2020 Ecoboost High Performance Package Mustang.
We mostly got hosed on the stock hp/torque levels due to being rated at 7,500 towing capacity...
Most of the Bolt-on mods will only show baby gains on a stock truck. The stock parts work decently with the stock airmass levels.
once you turn the boost and subsequent airflow up the difference in flow between stock and improved will be more dramatic.

Is there a rear shock that lowers the rear to be level with the front? Seems like all the leveling kits just want to raise the front. But I think I’m not alone with wanting to slightly lower the rear on these 2WD trucks.

That’s why I tune my own. But then again, ive got the experience. But you can’t replace Daily driving a car to dial it in compared to just having a customers car for a few hours or even days.
I can tell you that the 2019+ has very different value and tables compared to the earlier Ecoboost...
