  1. Ranger Graphics / Decals

I just realized my wife has one of those Cricut decal cutters. We never use it, but I guess this is exactly what it’s supposed to be for. I may have to dabble with it and see if I’m smart enough to design something like this myself.
  2. Roush RS Ranger (South Africa)

So I came across the Roush RS1 through RS3 online yesterday while searching for aftermarket parts. Might not be new to most of you, but it was something new to me. anyone know where we can purchase individual parts for these? They make Suspension, bumpers, fenders, and all kinds of parts that...
  3. Toyota Accessories Guy Raptor Grille

If you look up 2019 Ford Ranger on alibaba you will find a TON of parts that these companies are selling. You can buy them in wholesale just like they do, sometimes requiring more than a minimum order of one unit. That’s why you see so many companies offering the same or similar parts.
  4. Roush Performance Level 1 (Tune/CAI) Megathread

A lot can happen in 100K miles, not all miles are equal
  5. Ford official tune?

If you factor in that for the $900 (I’ve already seen it for sale for $800 btw) and $399 of it comes from the CAI itself, then you are only paying $500 for the tune and the warranty coverage. it may not be the most aggressive tune you can buy if it only makes the advertised gains. Odds are that...
  6. Report your MPG

Usually about 24mpg combined. 26+ on longer trips.
  7. What did you do to your Ranger today?

Im getting these style ones next!
  8. GFB DV+

A lot of companies buy car parts off alibaba and get the Chinese manufacturer to white label it for them. You’d be surprised how many of these “knock offs” are just unlabeled parts made by the same manufacturer that makes them for the name brands.
  9. GFB DV+

You only ordered one? Should have ordered tons and made a business of it.
  10. Great incentives but these dealerships!!

Cash buyers also rarely buy the optional “financial products” they try to sweet talk you into back in the Finance Department.
  11. $6,100 rebates on 2019 Model Year XLT trims through 1/2/2020

XL and Lariat don’t get the love. The XLT is getting it all
  12. Great incentives but these dealerships!!

They want to see if you will focus more on the monthly payments than the financial exchange. You’d be surprised how many people fall for this. I’ve been fortunate to have bought my past few vehicles cash, and that seems to confuse a lot of inexperienced sales people. They are used to getting...
  13. talked with my dealers service manager today about the direct injection

“You see Timmy, it’s not a matter of whether he put in 20 or meant 30. The thing here is that with these gasoline direct injection engines, the oil is going to get all inside your dry parts one way or the other. So be sure to drive it hard and suck it all in for us. Be safe now and you have a...
  14. Limp mode, activate!

Loose connector on the Throttle Body? Random drops in throttle voltage have been known to cause limp mode suddenly on many vehicles.
  15. Powertrain Malfunction...?

I have seen aftermarket OBD devices cause this when they are left plugged in frequently. It doesn’t happen on all cars or with all devices, but some of them just randomly happen to interrupt Canbus communications during a startup diagnostic.
  16. Roush Performance Level 1 (Tune/CAI) Megathread

Also sad that their “dyno” graph is a spread sheet graph and not a graph from an actual SAE dyno run.
  17. Roush Performance Level 1 (Tune/CAI) Megathread

Yes. We are drastically detuned so that we can have a 7,500 pound towing capacity without overheating the powertrain. There is A LOT more power potential on this platforms than 14 more hp. It’s almost sad that they even settled for such low gains, and on 93 at that!
  18. JB4 Tune (Burger Motorsports)

If this module is like the maps on other cars the base maps tend to be 4-5psi over stock. considering that stock we only hit about 14 psi this could help it get to around 18-19psi. As long as they don’t run into other Torque and airflow limiters in the ECU while doing it. The trouble may come...
  19. Red Tailgate Lettering on Lightning Blue

bought them at my local Ford Dealer in the parts department. They are aftermarket and not an OEM part though, so I’m sure not all dealers carry them.
