I imagine the problem is confusion from trying to use the term 'power'. The industry has become accustomed to 'power mirrors' meaning you have power remote control over angle position. So reusing the word POWER for the folding aspect would need to be very distinct to not get lost in the short...

Push the button to make them close. Push again to release and unfold.

Mine has it listed as Auto Fold. Push Button to activate. (wish it was tied to ignition, but I can see why they wouldn't want that also)

Finally back home. Awesome adventure this weekend. For those keeping score, the Tremor averaged 20.8 calculated by hand. Many highway miles and rolling hills through the trip. Saturdays day trip was a fitting site to visit for this particular weekend.

If the battery in your smart key goes dead, the manual states you can place that key in this spot and it will still allow the truck to start. Probably uses short range inductance to power the keyfob temporarily so the truck can then read the RFID code off it to allow ignition functions.

Honestly, at today's Dealer labor rates, that's more than fair. If you haven't researched, it's a major PITA to get to the plug that is used to check the level, since Ford didn't think it economical to put a real dipstick into the setup.
