You could try unhooking your battery for 15 minutes. This resets the adaptive learning. Just be sure to leave the car off for at least two minutes with nothing running prior. see if you can get a video of it happening for the dealer. 7th gear is always hit. Mines been doing it with 3rd hanging then revving and not shifting up and then rpm’s dropping back down a bit and it stays in 3rd. Mainly on hills next to my house when I used to be in fifth on the same hill.
