I would order it from Ford. Then pick it up, and see if they have updated the instructions or put anything about "needs to be programmed by a pro."
If not, which they might not have done yet. May be dealer only notification.
Try it with the instructions in it, then when it doesn't work, walk...

I've tried that "customs offset" website. It's horrible for me. Freezes up, won't load, takes too dam long. I just gave up on it. Tried it from multiple locations. Same loading crap.
My XLT didn't come with it. I bought it extra $109. Come to find out, no drilling, no wires, nothing. Just stick it on your door and your good to go for about 5 years.
BUT! It will not work without hooking it up to the computer and entering all 35 digits on the key card!

Got it. Checked it out. If I stick with the C rated tires I should be good. I'm still going with them because of the amount off roading I do. Literally every week.
