Off roading-did you notice much strain being put on the front end in tight slow turns or rock crawling with the KO2's?
These trucks are all new! Just don't know how much strain an E rated is going to put on the steering...
Yep, I think E's are too big and heavy. I really want the BFG KO2's but they only come C and E. I off road every weekend with big ol' sharp stabby rocks. Really need the toughest sidewalls I can find. The Mud Trackers are too extreme if I decide to take a road trip. Guess "D" rated Duratracs...

Are E Rated tires gonna be too heavy and cumbersome?
Especially when rock crawling and slow switchbacks. A lot of stress is gonna be put on the steering components. It's a "light truck" NOT an F250.
I haven't seen issues "yet." But E Rated tires are awful big and clumsy for this little truck...
Any idea if, or what, size spacer I would need if I stick with the stock 17" rims and slap on some big ol' 285/70's BFG KO2's?
It's got the RC 3 1/2" lift and new intrusion bars waiting to be installed.
So if I stick with the stock 17's,(can't find rims I like but need bigger tires, sick of turning around) I only need a 1/4" spacer for 285/70 BFG KO2's? It's got the RC 3 1/2" lift. Good Year is telling me it will rub inside against the knuckle.
