I just purchased my Ford PROTECT from Zeigler. I got the Premium Care 7/75 with ZERO deductible. I also added the Lighting Package with covers interior and exterior lighting for $40. With the ZERO deductible its nice because that can be a "visit" without having to pay the $50 or $100...

Its been back and forth with Ford and with the dealer for me. I pestered the dealer enough that they finally manually added them today. Ford just says "wait another 30 days" every time you call. modem was activated, and Ford Pass was installed and active. NO EXCUSES FORD!

Very told thread, but FORD is still using the excuse that there is some "glitch" in their system where points are not automatically added. I called them, and they said the dealer reported the sale date 8 days later than the actual sale date, but they'd correct it in two weeks. Its been 38...

Almost every dealer here has the "FREE" powertrain warranty. NOTE, powertrain. they also expect you to maintain your vehicle with them, and have ALL the scheduled maintenance done with them. they can deny a claim if you dont. You have to read the fine print. Dealer usually has a high DOC FEE...

I'd never buy a third party warranty. Dealers push them because the profit margin is huge on them. Factory OEM warranties are about the same price or cheaper and honored at any FORD dealer.

Because Zeigler is a Ford dealership in Michigan. They have a website that sells the Genuine Ford ESP online. What does the name have to do with it? and its spelled Zeigler.

You can negotiate ESP prices at a finance office at a dealer. ESP prices online are pretty well already razor thin from what I can tell. Promo codes can bring them down cheaper.

Good tips. about what I said. We were posting at the same time. I use the Meguair's kit in the yellow bars. Mother's makes a kit as well, but their clay is weird...a bit on the synthetic side, and its hard to work with.

Clay barring does leave the potential to leave scratches in the clear coat. I just make sure I fully wash my truck first, making sure its as clean as possible. Always have a quality spray detailer as you work. If not, mix a combination of water and soap that will give a slippery feel. I make...

Nothing like a newly washed and waxed truck! I clay barred mine a week after I had it. Amazing how slick the finish is now! I don't even get it out in the rain for now because I don't wanna get it dirty! (have another car). LOL
