Mercedes-Benz G500, and Land Rover Defenders also have factory installed portals. I was just wondering if anyone has put one on a Ranger yet.

They're used on trophy trucks to gain axle clearance, gear reduction and run larger tires all without upgrading suspension.

This tank is SOLID! We Just a quick FORScan update to the fuel tank size, and voila! I haven't noticed any addition drop, but I'll keep an eye on it.

After speaking with the Long Range America guys today, it sounds like the tanks will be available around December, and they are shooting for a shipped price at $2000.

37-38 total gallons to fill up tank. We had a few gallons in it to get to the gas station, then 34 gallons on top of that. Tank sits about 1/4" lower than the transfer case skid plate.

We were able to get 3-4 gallons into this tank and then 34 gallons to fill it up. 37-38 gallons to full, we will find out how much of that is usable. 713 mile range on the DTE display. I've reset one of my trip odometers to see how accurate that is.
