just really glad I dont need a car right now paying full MSRP is bad enough! probably gonna look for a replacement for the wifes car next year - not looking forward to it at all........
So far Ive done my own - the whole covid delay thing got me started back in 2020 I use the my ford app log mileage and photos of receipts. my dealers quick lane is about 2 hours my time to do is about an hour (rotation of tires is the longest item) and im in no real hurry. 4200 miles? wow...
need it? no of course not its a very light tailgate. but for $40 ???? why not its kinda nice to have and dampers increase HP by 9000% - its true! I saw it on the internet :like:
yep -- exactly why I did it -- that motor is not at all protected from road crap and im sure its very expensive! those plates or at least a plastic one should be on all of the trucks!
good luck-- so far my experience with the ranger ac is very good it cools the little truck off quickly and I live in texas....... so if yours isn't blowing cold there is a reason. hopefully not an expensive reason but somethings up. --- good luck!
wish I could help I can tell you its not normal my ac blows ice cold and I live in texas home of 100+ most of the summer. sorry man but something has got to be wrong.. maybe a different dealer?????
Ah I'd be on the dad channel.... but Id still read both. I do minimum mods side steps cover interior stuff add hitch / wiring ignition bezel (deans printed one) stuff like that and of course.......... the tailgate damper! I like to see ideas whether Id ever instal them or not its nice to see...
for full MSRP????? or more? no I'd want them added later fords parts problems are not our (buyers) problem $500 is no where near enough what else is missing????? they still charge for them but dont include them? no thanks..... but then again Im very happy with my XLT
the off road screen isn't to useful - would be better if it could include some software gauges like trans temp, volts / amps, actual engine temp maybe tire pressures so its all on one screen instead of poor animation that really doesnt show much.
thanks ill look at that but the kit I was talking about was from kicker also included 4 speakers, an inline amp for them that fit under the dash by drivers side and a small sub that fit under the rear seat with all needed parts connecters and harnesses that needed no cutting or splicing. it was...
has anyone seen a plug and play upgrade kit like the kicker kits ford used to have? i had one for my 14 f150 and it was easy to instal and added just enough it was a simple upgrade all in one package?… i have a 20 crew cab xlt. ranger and something like that would be great
so does this fit? im considering this or a leer one or the rough country one — youd think for 900+ it would be pretty near perfect. how does it look near the tailgate? seems like some of them look a little short
THANKS!!!!! those are better pictures than the ones on the websites..... that helps a lot im still deciding if its worth the cost to upgrade from the LEER trifold one I have. it was the best one I could find at the time its pretty good as is and I even paid extra for the canvas one it fits...
thanks! - if its not to much of a PIA,,,,,, can you shoot a picture of the latch portion - ?? what holds it shut? easy to open and close? can you open / close tailgate easily? is it hard to get the cover off and on & realigned if you need to remove it to carry something big? and maybe...
thanks! i have a lund trifold soft cover now but i think id like the hard cover better they just didnt have many two uears ago so i got this one. does the rough country fit flush with no gaps on the sides or back? what about the front? there is like an inch and a half gap by the cab what do they...
believe all specs same but much lower selection of those models and most I saw were the lower more base trim models more like the work truck which is fine for most things but you might miss some of the toys. I wish I had gone with that because I dont use the backseat much but sometimes the...
I like them --- I really dont need a big truck but one thing that would bother me is the small bed I have a kayak in the bed of the ranger and the 5 ft bed makes it look pretty crazy as it is! I think if they can ever make enough of them, the will sell a lot of maverick's!!! nice looking truck...
costco is VERY particular about what they will or wont instal...... there's no arguing with them either. you can always just buy the tires and have someone else instal them. Costco has great prices most of the time you cant beat them but they do have some odd rules. another idea is do a price...
had my battery tested at interstate and orielys both say it tests good 12 + volts engine off and 14+ running no other indications of a problem starts fine etc. i did get a cig. lighter (yea im that old) ? voltmeter that ill use now and then to see if anything pops up. maybe it is just a ford...
