I had a weak moment and ordered a cover. Got it installed yesterday and I have to say it’s a bit quieter and also it’s got better pick up and the trans shifts much better. :facepalm: Other than the price @$178 it’s a win win.

I have a company car so truck is mostly pleasure and tow my boat to go fishing on the weekends so no XM. I do now and then use the nav and never had an issue with it.

Mine was never updated from when it was new and never seen any issues with it that I know of so like was said why fix it if it’s not broken..

Is there any reason not to do the sync update?

Yea us with 18‘’ wheels have to figure out what to do with it and spend $ to get an 18’’ wheel so we don’t need worry about when we get a flat. Will the 70 series tire fit in the spair tire location?

If you have 18’’ wheels on your ranger then you may have a 17’’ spair.. so disappointed when I seen this. Now I need to find a steel 18’’ steel wheel or buy a couple stock aluminum wheels

I’m going to remove the plugs and put some copper hi heat anti-seize and put some dielectric on the plug boots. Anyone see an issue with doing this? Only have 7000 miles on it so was hoping to get in front of this.

I can’t seem to find the panic beep in the “Module Configuration” is it named something else? Unless you need to change it in “As Built” never touched anything in there. So if so I see you have listed it but I don’t understand what value to change with a zero..In easy to understand Plain English...

Can seem to find where I can delete the panic beep. I keep hitting it with the fob in my pocket. I don’t have any use for it so I want to delete it. can someone tell me what the wording is Thanks

Do you have a tune in yours? I’m wondering if that would make them more Noticeable

I put to icons springs in the rear without the added leaf. They do ride much better than the stock spring but lifted the rear more than advertised. And also the squeak from them is very annoying to say the least. I will need to remove them and install leaf cushions under the spring that has...

I only have 7000 miles on it so no plug change yet. You gave me some stuff to try but no noise when in park running. I will try and capture the noise later today after work. I also will look at forscan to see if it’s there and I can delete it. I also want to delete the panic mode.
