  1. Anyone who has a Tom Woods Driveshaft Installed

Transmission in neutral allows the motion you need to line it up. As long as one end rotates you can get it in fine. Chocks and parking brake are all you need.
  2. JXB Driveshaft Center Support

Just noticed how rust free my truck is for being up north for 3 years now. That winter car wash subscription pays off
  3. A Win In The Ranger Column

As I always say, its not the size its how you use it.
  4. Transmission "Jolt" when stopping - Feels like something hitting the bed

also google JXB carrier. Zero clunks, minor vibration around 40mph but they are sending me some various bushings to try. Downside of being one of the firsts to try it. But it is on sale. Doesn’t lurch when putting it in drive or clunk when slowing down.
  5. JXB Driveshaft Center Support

They are sending me a bushing that better absorbs vibrations, and some options for mount clamp adjustment. Ill post results. Here are some pictures of the install too.
  6. What yall think?

All black because it don’t crack…. Ill see myself out now.
  7. JXB Driveshaft Center Support

Mike from JXB os working with me. Ill share the solution.
  8. Extended Length Rear Shocks after Leaf Spring Lift? Mine Aren’t (Eibach).

Extended length shocks for this size lift will only come into play during the droop portion of travel. Their neutral position will be off and could slightly impact ride quality but that’s it. You are safe to drive like a sane person on road for a week or so until you get new ones in. Bilstein...
  9. JXB Driveshaft Center Support

Track is a harder bushing and more likely to cause vibrations, street is softer and less likely.
  10. Ford, GM Could Be About to Make Weapons for the First Time Since WW2

Makes sense we would launch those at people. Missiles are already phallic shaped. Polish Kielbasa is the biggest sausage made, or so I tell people.
  11. Ford, GM Could Be About to Make Weapons for the First Time Since WW2

Because if they made weapons they probably wouldn’t work.
  12. Trans filters

I want to see the 10r80 that makes it to 150k without servicing it.
  13. Vanity plates gone too far

    Congratulations uncle dad.
  14. JXB Driveshaft Center Support

Mine oem wasnt dry rotted or cracked just soft as hell. The bushings might soften over time and the vibration might go away too. I tested it up to 80mph just fine. I cruise at 72 either way. Next some more poly bushings throughout the truck.
  15. Smoother Ride?

Cut rear bump stops in half, they are too long. Harsh impact is gone. Did it 115k ago. Tow, haul, off road no ill effects. 5100s in rear are a huge help, front only a little impact. Throwing away the mono leafs are on my list.
  16. Bigger Profile in Front?

Screw abs what about traction control lol. Back hubs always spinning faster it would drag your brakes all day lol. Never do that. Put 500lbs in the bed or level it.
  17. Metal rattle noise over bumps?

Check the strut mounts up top. Sun visor not clicked in or rear seat not latched. Those 2 get me all the time.
  18. JXB Driveshaft Center Support

I did mine yesterday too. Was going to post a thread today but you beat me. I went with street bushings just to make sure it wasn’t too rough. There is a vibration between 42-45mph. I sent them a message. They have other bushings available with more dampening available, I seen it on some...
  19. Trailer Connected/Disconnected warnings

Use electric cleaner on them. Basically an alcohol spray. It will dry them out. Had that issue in several trucks in the last where the brake controller detected a trailer and would light up. Or the plug/harness went bad. Semi common issue in wet areas or after winter
  20. Ford, GM Could Be About to Make Weapons for the First Time Since WW2

Ford and Chevy make a lot of exploding contraptions lately. No need to adjust production lines. Just drop 6.2 engines out of planes. Cheaper than a JDAM either way.
