Worm gear clamps can throw off balance. I reused stock one in same location. End nippers to put it back on.
Lions Den has the best deals on lube by the way.
I have steel fenders too!?! Wtf ford. On a plus side you have a lot of goodies we dont have. On a negative side your transmission is probably much worse off than anyone 2023 and later. Do you have a warranty?
I was one of the first installs. And first to reach out to them. Mild vibration on poly bushings for cars is acceptable. Heck probably trucks too. Just request the comfort bushing by Derek and you will be happy. Ill wait for them to send me royalties on that too.
To elaborate I had a low speed knocking after my transmission replacement. Slid underneath when I got home and started poking things. Skid plate was loose. Wiper arms were not put on in the right position either but that was 54k miles ago. Still wrong.
Some random person cut the frame and extended it. I would not trust it unless it was from a very reputable shop and cost at least $20k. For them to sell it at that price after dumping money into it makes me wonder. If you have ever lengthen/shortened/modified a frame then you know what is...
Did you answer? They will just keep knockingā¦
Check your skid plates. Only can hear them rattle at slow speeds. Anything they could have touched could be loose. Various other things can cause a knocking noise too doing that service.
Roughly 1000 miles on the comfort bushing and im happy. Zero shakes, still feels solid. Driveshaft hasnāt fallen off yet and pole vaulted me into an overpass.
The reviews I seen of this were on the Challenger/Charger, Audi and BMW forms. Thats what made me pull the trigger.
Impressive to wear out a poly bushing, I have never done that and I put some miles/abuse on my trucks.
Were those heated exchanges with me? Hope not lol. I know I can get...
Ok i retract my statement you get poly and the trade offs. I didnāt think there was anything wrong with the oem bushing until I tried this. The clunks are gone. I thought I had to lube the shaft again. The comfort bushing they sent me is perfect. Less play zero vibration. Definitely a...
We can all add a heated steering wheel if needed. You can just strip the heating element out of another vehicle. It is doable.

You just have to live with this š
I agree. I would say a crisp feel verses just firm. Its decisive. I launched the other day and seen just over 20psi. It responded instantly.
Bracket doesnāt need to be perfectly aligned per se. it grips the bearing, thats it. And when you go poly anything on a vehicle you get more...
