Odd , when using auto, mine has always only blown heat through defrost and floor. Dash vents only worked with ac on. Mine is a 21, maybe it depends on the year? I have no useful solution, sorry lol.

Check your local tractor supply. I bought one for my tractor because in the winter I'm too chubby with my insulated coveralls on to get it buckled. Lol
