You are very welcome here. Some of these guys come across as quite rude when they are joking. Don't take it too personal. They are like the high school kids I deal with daily. This is a great place for info. Don't hesitate to ask question. Again, welcome!
Can't cram behind the seat in a scab lol. I've always carried a qt of oil in ever vehicle I've ever owned. Never used it other than starting a fire with wet wood lol. I figure if I don't I'll need it lol.
I have a gatortrax retractable cover that o got a great deal on. I like the boxes for storing jumper cables, extra oil, tow straps, ratchet straps etc.
Yes they are lockable! They are made by plano and capable of holding 85lbs. They do make other boxes of various sizes but not all are available at home depot. The sportsman's trunk They make that is 106 qts looks like a sweet storage option and can be had for 50ish from walmart.
I snagged these plano 16qt storage cubes at home depot for 15.99 each. They are water resistant and fit nicely in the bed. They latch closed securely and have removeable dividers.
Welcome. Dude became full they will suck you in and make you realize how much stuff your truck needs!! LOL If you got questions dont hesitate to ask. These fine folks are glad to help!

Yeah. I could paddle 20 minutes and be in agony for 2 days. I decided getting a cortisone shot in each shoulder wasn't so fun and sold my sit on top fishing yak. Now I'm thinking I need a boat Lol I will miss the float trips and quiet mornings drinking coffee on the ohio river and watching the...
Assume you mean the kind that goes in your trailer hitch. Haven't done 16 footer in my ranger but used to do it in my short bed Chevy all the time. No problems just remember it's back there and don't take no steep decent lol.
Hauled 13' kayak this way a lot in ranger before my shoulder went...
