I'm still trying to gather more info as well, but by just reading that you need axles but not hubs it's suggested that it's same spline count. Only thing is ranger has two different cv axles those with tow package and those without.
I've gotten a lea
Yea I've taken it to the dealership before because I had a check engine light come on for a lean code dealership blamed it on a aem filter instead of being factory. I suspect I may have the faulty injectors
Yea I've never gotten over 19 even when fully stock thats doing cruise control at 65 never hit above 20s. Throwing 34s hurt it that much, but for me again the locker, extra travel, gearing at less cost than a full on long travel kit from rpg well thats a win.
That is what I was saying though as a 4x4 it's a great option economically speaking considered you'd gain locker a beefier differential and the availability to match front and rear. Mind you I get 11 miles per gallon with 34s a regear in my opinion would help that a lot
No you didn't understand that's front. There is currently no regear options for the front m190. Which if you're 4wd it makes it possible to regear your rear which isn't possible right at this moment. Also you would have to change to bronco arms and cvs but still would be price point of the arb...
Yea do plan on building so sliders but was rather impressed by side steps at one point I did have truck weight on em and they didn't get so damaged and for sure saved my rockers
So I posted about this on a thread I created. Bronco shares a ton with ranger the m210 has same dimensions as m190 just with a 8.8 ring instead of a 7.5 ring also for about 1500 you can order the complete axle with either 3.90, 4.30 or 4.70 gears.
So from measuring it looks like they'll work and have same mounting locations. Here are the pix as well as parts prices with part numbers. Now the only thing I need to figure out is if the cv output shaft is same spline count as m190 equipped rangers or broncos once I'm able to cross reference...
I'll tell you shit was scary but stand behind how capable this truck is after that lol, and all with a 500 eibach lift and 34s lol. Literally that was it. My side steps did get banged up and surprisingly were pretty good at being sliders.
You'd be surprised I got 2nd gen raptor control arms on my 2006 f150 that's several updates and iterations of updates. Ford likes to recycle parts and locations to save on cost of rnd and production.
I'll see if I can find the clip but a couple offroad shops were creating Bronco parts before it was released they had said they were using current Ranger as a test.
I've been looking on tasca and a couple other oem ford parts. Parts aren't yet available but I will order front end oem suspension as soon as available. But prior to that I will go snap some pix and measurements as I'm more interested in swapping front suspension with bronco stuff and doing...
