Drive 20 miles to and back to work. Then food runs. I had it on the charger last night and it didn't improve. Still going to battery saver. Also grounded it the right way. Last hope is the forscan option.
Going to try Walmart and see if they will replace it with the warranty.
I don't think i did. I remember the battery messing up, and did it prior to changing the battery to try toget battery saver to go away. At the time I didn't know i had to do that after changing battery. From what i read, the bms will recalibrate itself automatically after getting it replaced...
My experience from my last vehicle. Usually the batteries outlive the warranty but those were interstate batteries. This still has another 2 year warranty. Ill see if the charger helps. If not Ill get it tested.
Ill think about the cable. Kind of want something convenient like the automatic one.
I replaced my battery 2 years ago with Walmart battery that has 4 year warranty . The last few days my truck keeps going into powersaving mode. On my elo gps app. My volts go down to 12.2 after turning the truck off. So I ordered a charger and it gets here later.
Should I reset the bms after...
So I did a thing yesterday. I upgraded my wife's 2016 ecoboost mustang to a 2025 mustang gt premium. I gotta say I love it. I made sure it had the active valve select exhaust. I wanted to go with a custom order with the full gt package but it would take long and right now they have better...
This morning I had to wake up at 4am to take someone to the airport. I didn't get enough sleep and I was still tired. Kind of blacking out on where i was. On the way back i was getting on the the ramp to transfer highways. I was taking it easy because it curves but probably going over the...
I called in last week to ask about fluid change because of the clunkiness and they said they do transmission flushes around 60k miles but he said they would drive it on around to see what it's doing. I'm not fan of getting a flush though so I haven't took it. But since you mentioned the tsb, i...
Yeah I looked at the tsb, apparently you need a code to pop before they will replace it. Luckily my warranty is extended. If it gets worse without popping codes. I'll just keep making appointments with them.
Curious question. For those who were having shifting problems, did changing the transmission fluid help? My truck just started having low shifting problems. Last night I turned out of a parking, it felt like the truck stalling, then went back to normal. It did that to me other day too.
Well hopefully I won't have any issues any time soon. I see other people having the same issues I had. The service rep said there's a tsb on the rear axles and differential carriers. Hopefully it's fixed for good. He also said the mavericks are having axle issues too.
There's other dealers but you have to make an appointment which is usually 2 months out. It's not just dealer, the truck is young and it's already experiencing issues. I don't offroad and I don't go crazy with it. Yet the parts are breaking early on. As long I don't have anymore issues any...
I have a question about the half shaft assy. The dealer replaced it and noted on the inspection that the wheel bearing is damaged after they removed rear right axle. They replaced the axle assy but doesn't mention anything about the wheel bearing. I was wondering if that is apart of the assy...
