    Do you have a hi lift jack? THere is a base, for the high lift jacks, kinda resembles what @DukeCanBuildit circled. You could use that for a base too for your garage. Toss it in with your high lift when you are out and about.

    Yep, just had them rotated to deal with 74+ mph vibration that was from weights that have come off the wheels (edited) I have always thought of it as a "soft" tire getting traction while it is starting to move. It doesn't clunk or make a harsh noise, just a little wiggle and then you go...
