So I parked in the sun so I could finish with the Driver’s side. All done, looks great, and much easier than the passenger (passenger has the washer fluid reservoir behind the liner). A suggestion for future installers, do the drivers side first and account for your fasteners. Mine was short...

Mine loop was a little short, but I was able to get a socket through one of the openings to the hold down bolt.

Looks great! I really enjoyed engineering mine, and then hooking it up. Pretty rewarding. Just a piece of advice. Either have a way to get to the battery without moving the plate, or give yourself a bit of a service loop to move your plate out of the way if you have to deal with the battery.

They replaced the whole thing, I asked about having the old flange back, but they needed it for warranty purposes. So either I go to a custom shop or wait to see what solution Shawn comes up with. I like the eight bolts at the axle, but that carrier is not cool. There is a video in my thread...

So I have a 2020 XLT (Non Tremor) this is what mine was replaced with today under warranty. If this is what Tremors have, then I guess I am upgrading the hard way. I am still considering a single shaft, my tech suggested it too. To add: The part number for the flange is MB3Z*4851*L.
